Yona Naturals Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.
During busy seasons or restocks, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delays & Lost Packages
Yona Naturals is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at yonanaturals@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
